ptg advies and Oosterhoff join forces to make a greater impact in healthcare and education

08 January 2025

ptg advies and Oosterhoff are joining forces to realise the buildings of tomorrow that are more sustainable, future-proof and efficient. Housing consultancy ptg advies, with over 25 years of experience in healthcare and education, is joining Oosterhoff as the fourteenth company. This makes ptg advies part of the unique ecosystem within which Oosterhoff’s consultancy and engineering firms already collaborate.

Corina Schols, director at ptg advies, explains: “We want to create a sustainable future, making optimal use of each other's knowledge, experience, and resources. Housing issues are becoming increasingly challenging. They extend across traditional domains and markets. This increasingly requires specialized knowledge. This includes expertise in sustainability, digitization, data management, real estate financing, construction and installation technology, and legal issues. That's why we're now joining forces to create the buildings of tomorrow that are more sustainable, future-proof, and efficient.”

Gerard Doos, member of the Oosterhoff board, is enthusiastic about the collaboration: “Within Oosterhoff, we combine these strengths and function as a unit where necessary. We create sustainable solutions that bring together people, technology, buildings, and the environment. Proactively and in collaboration with our clients, we create valuable living environments with a positive impact. We are committed to genuine innovation. For this, we desperately need the strategic thinking and development power of ptg advies.” Oosterhoff and ptg advies connect through their approach to their consultancy work and a culture where individuality and collaboration go hand in hand. This stems from the strength and recognition of their expertise and experience, the energy that arises when they connect and inspire each other, and their drive to make a difference in the projects they work on.
