The Supervisory Board monitors the strategy and forms a sounding board for the Board of Directors.
Our Supervisory Board monitors among other things Oosterhoff’s financial health and strategy implementation and assesses whether stakeholder interests are safeguarded. The Supervisory Board comprises Laetitia Smits van Oyen, Floris Hei and Jaap Gillis.
Jaap Gillis is chairman of the Supervisory Board of Oosterhoff. He is currently a professional supervisor, advisor, interim manager and entrepreneur (director ECOnomic Real Estate BV).

She is also a member of the Supervisory Board of DKG Holding and chair of the Supervisory Board of Werkse! She is an active director at various ANBI foundations and has experience in the field of entrepreneurship with a focus on social return.

Floris Hei focuses on Oosterhoff’s finances as a commissioner. He is also active as director and senior contracts manager at TEYLER. He has extensive experience in the field of contract and claim management in national and international infrastructure, construction and energy projects.
Floris: “It is a privilege to be able to represent such a great company! Oosterhoff is a technical specialist organization with strong brands. We can add more value for our customers and shareholders if we use our knowledge in the right way and scale up in the value chain.”
