You challenge
This is your chance to start your career in an innovative and challenging environment. In two years you will have all the space you need to discover your talents. In periods of 8 months you will work at three of the consulting firms of your choice: ABT, ABT België, abtWassenaar, Adviesbureau Lüning, bbn adviseurs, Huygen, ABT Deutschland, Van de Laar or Meelis & Partners.
We work for a variety of clients. These can be commercial parties such as investors or developers, but also (semi-)public clients such as municipalities, schools and healthcare providers. We do this in all phases of construction: from plan development to the delivery of a building. As a trainee you get the chance to discover what suits your ambition. Because we work on a project basis, you will join various teams, both internal and external. This keeps the work varied and innovative.
Your profile
- You have a (nearly) completed (TU) master’s degree related to the built environment, such as structural engineering, architecture, urbanism & building sciences, computer or data science, civil engineering;
- You have up to one year of work experience;
- You have an excellent command of the Dutch language both verbally and in writing;
- You are proactive, results-oriented, entrepreneurial, creative;
- You have the flexibility to work in different places;
- You think outside the box.
- You are aware of your own (social) impact and the influence you can exert on it.
As a trainee at Oosterhoff
- Exchange experiences and best practices with other trainees and possibly work together on a project;
